A person can turn their life around and become healthy. It is such a relief to not feel all "puffed up" with inflammation. This is the most complete list of Alkaline/Acidic foods I have ever seen. I'm going to take it grocery shopping. One of the best things I have done over the last 5 years is drink lemon water everyday. Lemons and limes turn to alkaline in the body. It is a good digestive aid.
