Acidic or Alkaline?

M.C., this is for you!  Alkaline foods are so much better for you.  Acidic foods cause inflammation throughout your body which leads to so many illnesses and diseases.   2. Polly's article is righty on. She lays it right out. We get all kinds of symptoms and are at risk for disease when our body PH is off. A person can turn their life around and become healthy. It is such a relief to not feel all "puffed up" with inflammation. This is the most complete list of Alkaline/Acidic foods I have ever seen. I'm going to take it grocery shopping. One of the best things I have done over the last 5 years is drink lemon water everyday. Lemons and limes turn to alkaline in the body. It is a good digestive aid.
